
Refund Policy
At The Izzatcouncil, we aim to deliver high-quality education programs designed to enhance financial literacy and trading knowledge. By enrolling in our programs, participants agree to following terms regarding fees, courses access and refunds.

No refund Policy
All fees paid towards any program, course, mentorship or educational service offered by the courage one ventures are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
This applies to any payments made Via UPI, bank transfer, bebit/Credit card, payment gateway or other mode of transaction
By making a payment, the participant confirms full understanding of the course details and voluntarily agrees to these terms.

Course Access & Duration
Access to the course content (recorded Sessions, Live training, study materials, community groups) will be granted for a fixed tenure as mentioned at the time of enrollment.
No Extensions will be provided beyond the agreed tenure, regardless of personal circumstance, incomplete usage or technical delays from the participant’s side.
Participants are expected to complete the course within the access period provided.

No Rescheduling or Transfers
Enrollments cannot be postponed, scheduled or transferred to another batch, person or program.
If a participant fails to attend live sessions or complete the course within the access period, no adjustments or extensions will be made.

Exceptional cases
Refunds will only be considered in rare cases such as:
Duplicate payments (Proof Required)
Technical Payment error (Proof Required)
